Project Number: 21001.rw Tghs Health and Wellness Center Terrebonne General Health System Bids Must Be Submitted on the Blank Bid Form Furnished With the Specifications, Per Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by Bid Security (Bid Bond, Cash, Money Order, Certified or Cashiers Check) in an Amount Equal to at Least Five (5%) Percent of the Total Bid as Per Instructions to Bidders. Bids Shall Be Accepted From Contractors Who Are Licensed Under La. R.s. 37:2150-2163 for the Classification of Building Construction. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids for Just Cause. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Closing Time for Receipt of Bids for at Least Forty-five (45) Calendar Days.
