All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid should be submitted via email to Tracy Wyman, Project Manager twyman@ashevillenc.gov The City of Asheville is seeking a licensed Irrigation Contractor to install a multi-zoned irrigation system at College Street and Rankin Avenue at the site of the City's new restroom. Irrigation will serve to establish and maintain the planned landscape for an urban area of approximately 1900 square feet. The irrigation will include 2 high-efficiency zones, pop-up sprinkler heads, backflow device(s), and a wall or pedestal mount controller with rain sensor. 120v GFCI outlet, a minimum 18GPM, 75PSI water source, and sleeves to be provided by others. Product sourcing should be such that replacement parts will be easily accessible into the foreseeable future. Deadline to Submit Questions Thursday, August 1, 3:00 pm Projected Project Start Tuesday, September 8, 2024 The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
