Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

General Construction; Mechanical HVAC Construction; Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction; Electrical Construction The project consists of the construction of a new Ardmore Avenue Community Center (AACC) and separate Bathhouse, the renovation and expansion of the Center for Positive Aging in Lower Merion (PALM), along with new site improvements at each site. The project will be constructed in five stages to maintain some level of service between AACC, Ardmore Pool Complex, Vernon V. Young Memorial Park, and PALM. Work at AACC, Pool Complex, and Park also includes, but is not limited to, building demolition; selective site demolition; site and building utilities (domestic water, fire, sanitary, stormwater, electric, and geothermal); playing field reconstruction; court construction; retaining wall construction; parking lot construction; landscaping; and other site improvements. Work at PALM also includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; site and building utilities (domestic water, fire, sanitary, and electric, along with modification of existing gas service and stormwater); driveway reconstruction; sidewalks; and other site restoration and improvements. Add alternates are included (Splash Pad construction, etc). Award is planned for September 18, 2024 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for October / November 2024 pending contract execution. First stage of onsite construction activities planned to begin late 2024 / early 2025. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Friday, August 23, 2024. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via online. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township. *Bidder have been added without amount, please refer Bid Tabulation for detailed bid result*
