Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a 7,360-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Qualified bidders for construction of 80'L foot x92'W foot metal building to house the City's Public Works Department, to be located at Irondale Road, South Pittsburg, Tennessee 37380. All bidders shall at all times be independent contractors and not employees of the City of South Pittsburg. All bidders must provide proof of general liability and workers' compensation insurance coverages satisfactory to the City of South Pittsburg, and evidence of such coverages must be included in the bid envelope. By submission of a bid, each bidder and each person signing on behalf of any bidder certifies under penalty of perjury that to the best of its/their knowledge and belief that each bidder is not on the debarment list createdpursuant to T.C.A. Section 12-12-106. lt is the responsibility of each bidder to inspect the area of the proposed work to arrive at a clear understanding of the conditions under which the work is to be done. The City of South Pittsburg reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
