Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This Statement of Work is for the Replacement of Gym Flooring in the Fitness Center, Building B3800. The intent of this project is to replace the sports flooring for the basketball courts in building 3800 with UFC compliant hardwood/ Maple sports flooring with all striping and accessories as necessary for 2 basketball courts, 2 volleyball courts, or 6 pickleball courts. The work is to include the removal and replacement of flooring down to the original resilient coating which is to remain. This work also includes replacement of existing flush inset volleyball net sleeves and installation of new sleeves for pickleball nets. The work will include ramps as necessary for all areas of the gym floor to remain ABAAs compliant 1. Performance Period: 60 calendar days CLIN 001 after notice to proceed. 20 calendar days CLIN 002 (if awarded) Total performance time for CLIN 001 and 002 is 80 calendar days after notice to proceed.
