Renovation of a medical facility in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Renovation of the facades at the CMSSS du Passage: replacement of the brick with metal paneling on the rear facade (partial between the TED and center wings) and on the west facade, with light cladding rather than masonry repairs in various places; repairs in the foundation on the main facade - repairs to the rear gallery. TIMELINE: Project has been put on hold by the owner at design development stage. Tender and construction timelines will be established at a later date. Further update in summer, 2026.
