Description of the Work: The work includes converting an existing 40 PTS partially baffled 50-yard rifle range to a 33 PTS fully baffled 50-yard rifle range. The work will include civil (drainage improvements to mitigate flooding issues), structural (steel structure and slab on grade), architectural (flooring, paint, doors, frame, hardware, windows, countertops, downspouts, gutters, and rubber bullet trap), mechanical (mechanical system for the observation booth), electrical work (power and lighting) and incidental related work. Estimated Budget Amount: $7.5 Million Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number MD20240045 applies to this work. Should this wage determination be modified by DoL prior to award, the most current wage determination will be incorporated at the time of award. Proposal Acceptance Period: 60 calendar days from receipt of offers. Time for Completion: 548 calendar days after award.
