The purpose of these specifications/requirements and response documents are to award a contract for the purchase of services for the CDBG Owner-Occupied Home Rehabilitation Program Year2021 & 2023 Project. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required (if the contract exceeds $100,000). A Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required (if the contract amount exceeds $50,000) The anticipated term for the proposed contract is until all work is completed, an anticipated construction timeline not to exceed 9 months. In accordance with Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code, the contract will be awarded to the Respondent who provides the best value to the City. The City shall evaluate the responses on the basis of all factors described herein. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses.
