The City is approximately 4 square miles and has a number of roads in need of varrying degrees of repair. Services needed include, but are not limited to repair of roads, catch basins, and potholes. Each proposal must be completed on the forms provided. If responding electronically online, all proposals will be held in a lockbox until the date and time of the bid opening. If responding by hardcopy and delivering to the City Clerk's office, all proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope inscribed with the above title on the outside of the envelope. The name and address of the persons submitting the proposal must appear on the envelope which should be addressed to the Board of Estimate and Contract of the City of Mount Vernon, New York.
