Your firm is invited to submit an offer, under seal, for the conversion / renovation of an existing ESU-7 Center South building with the renovation of approximately 1,360 gross sq. ft. of floor space to support the ESU-7 Educational and Behavioral Health Programs. The Project is located at 2563 44th Avenue, Columbus, NE. B. Project Description: 1. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Minor/select demolition, cast-in-place concrete, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, laminated cabinets, sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, mirrors, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical lay-in ceilings, tile carpeting, paint and coating, marker boards, washroom accessories, fire extinguisher, countertops, electrical lighting, power, data and phone systems conduit and wiring, plumbing and HVAC, fire alarm, fire protection specialties.
