The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to reconfigure the roadway approach from Federal Road to the adjacent airfield gate and to re-pave and re-stripe asphalt pavement in areas both inside and outside of the Airfield Operations Fence (AOA). Pavement slopes on the landside paving area are to be adjusted to promote positive drainage to existing inlets. Areas where existing pavement is severely deteriorated are to be demolished and replaced with full-depth asphalt..
