As of November 4, 2025, the project has been completed. The project was completed in the fall of 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The scope of work includes restorative maintenance and joint material replacement for the permeable paver parking lot at Winding Creek Park for a complete project. A bid bond is not required for this project. If a bid is accepted, a Labor & Material Payment Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount may be required prior to beginning construction. A Performance Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction on all projects $150,000 or more, and may be required for projects $150,000 or less at the discretion of the Naperville Park District. Such bonds shall include the provision guaranteeing the faithful performance of the Prevailing Wage Act. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in August/September 2024.
