Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Naperville, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of August 22,2024, project was not awarded. No definite date for the rebid. The scope of work includes restorative maintenance and joint material replacement for the permeable paver parking lot at Winding Creek Park for a complete project. A bid bond is not required for this project. If a bid is accepted, a Labor & Material Payment Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount may be required prior to beginning construction. A Performance Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction on all projects $150,000 or more, and may be required for projects $150,000 or less at the discretion of the Naperville Park District. Such bonds shall include the provision guaranteeing the faithful performance of the Prevailing Wage Act. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in August/September 2024. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Mike Piszynski in writing to mpiszynski@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only through August 7, 2024. The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible Bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Park District.
