As of February 21st, 2025, this project has started construction. A firm construction timeline has not yet been released. Bids must be made on the standard bid proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the names of the project and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to the Board of County Commissioners of Middlesex County, and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for not less than 5% of the amount bid, and be delivered at the place and on the hours above mentioned.
