Kirksey Recreation Center 2024-2025 W/optional 4 Years The City of Livonia is seeking proposals from qualified custodial contractors to provide overnight custodial services at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. We require a minimum of four (4) vendor staff and one (1) custodial supervisor to be in the building seven (7) days per week after the building closes. Vendor staff must maintain the weekly/daily facility cleaning list agreed on by the Facility Manager and the Vendor cleaning assessment for a minimum of four (4) hours each evening. All cleaning must take place between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. Question Deadline 08/22/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online: Yes . Location: Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center, 15100 Hubbard Street, Livonia, MI 48154 - Bid Bond 5 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - License Required Award Requirements - All or None Award No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to accept any or all proposals in whole or in part and waive any irregularities therein.
