Reference Number : 0000358844 The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to select a vendor to provide renovations to the Macomb County Clemens Center-County Clerk Storage Renovation. The goal is to select the most capable vendor offering the most competitive price. This proposal is in accordance with the Macomb County Procurement Policy The project consists of all necessary prep, labor and material to perform the indicated work in the following areas: 1. Clemens Center, 14 Market Street, Mt. Clemens, MI 48043-Clerk Storage Facility The Project consists of, but not limited to: a. Selective demolition of existing gypsum board walls, masonry and portions of concrete slab. b. New gypsum board walls. c. Leveling of existing concrete slab. d. New Mobile H.D. storage system and fixed racks. e. New FRP doors in aluminum frames, new wood doors in HM frames. f. New floor finishes. g. New millwork. h. New acoustical ceilings in office areas. i. Painting of floors, walls and exposed structure. j. New HVAC system. k. New LED lighting. l. New fire suppression system pre-activation. m. New power. n.
