The Maryland State Highway Administration, District - 7 Maintenance Facility 5111 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick Maryland 21704 is solicitating a Lump Sum Bid for a Contractor to furnish and install the following: Approximately (350 sq feet of R-13 fiberglass insulation, furnish and install o Approximately (235 sq feet) of 1" foam board insulation o Furnish, hang, and finish approximately (1,260 sq feet) of drywall o Prime approximately (1890 sq feet of wall space o Paint approximately (5,040 sq feet per coat 2 coats) of interior office space o Furnish and install approximately (600 sq feet) of 18-ounce nylon commercial carpet tile o Furnish and install approximately (500 liner feet) of 4" vinyl cove base Furnish and install approximately (45 2'x 2') ceiling tiles o Furnish and install a 30' sink vanity including vanity sink top, faucet and supply lines, trap, drain vanity mirror, vanity light o Furnish and install a minimum of a 14" X 14" access panel o Furnish and install new metal stainless finish wall plates for all light switches and receptacles within the work area o Furnish and install a 4 sq foot ceramic tile windowsill o Strip and wax approximately (1150 sq feet) of VCT tile. o Furnish and install required trim moldings within the Resident Maint. Eng, Bathroom and office area Lump Sum Bid shall include Disposal fee, final cleanup and overhead and profit. The measurements provided are for reference purposes only, contractor must verify all measurements prior to bidding.
