The purpose of this contract is to provide multidisciplinary engineering and related services to King County Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division ("County") for South Treatment Plant Program ("Program"). The exact disciplines required and the amount of work for each discipline have not been determined. The Consultant should be capable of adding disciplines expeditiously as necessary to meet the needs of specific projects based on all types of delivery methods (e.g., Design-Bid-Build (DBB), General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM), Progressive Design Build (PDB)) under the Program. There is no guarantee that all projects identified in the WTD 6-Year CIP for the South Plant Program will be completed under this Program. For this contract, the County has determined that the maximum labor rate limitation will not apply. RFP - Program Engineering Services for South Treatment Plant. King County reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals at any time. The County may cancel this procurement at any time, even after the issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award.
