HVAC and Mechanical Preventative Maintenance at Various City of Cambridge Locations The City is seeking qualified respondents to provide HVAC and Mechanical System Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Services for various City - owned buildings. There are currently fifty-five (55) City-owned buildings that are included in this contract The scope of services will include Quarterly preventative maintenance inspections and responding to service calls for HVAC and Mechanical system repairs as required. The successful respondent will carry out HVAC and Mechanical System Maintenance Services as directed by the Facility Supervisor or his/her designate. The reserves the right to add or delete any building/equipment from the resulting Contact without penalty at any point during the term of Contract. The selected respondent will be requested to enter into a contract for the provision of the Deliverables on the terms and conditions set out in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) (the "Agreement"). It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation.
