The construction site is located at: Pépinière forestière de Normandin, 134 chemin Alfred-Villeneuve, Normandin, Québec, G8M 4R7. The supplier must deliver the goods and services no later than December 13, 2024. The contract will terminate on January 13, 2024. The bid must be submitted by a contractor having in Quebec, or in one of the territories covered by the applicable intergovernmental agreements, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister draws your attention to sections 3.11 and 3.12 of the call for tenders document, which set out the conditions of contractor eligibility and bid compliance that must be met in connection with this call for tenders.
