The projects include but is not limited to the following: 2024 Waterline Extensions a) 1,600 LF 8" CL 250 PV Waterline b) 4.750 LF 3" CL 250 PV Waterline c) 3,000 LF 3" CL 200 PV Waterline d) 8,500 LF 2" CL 200 PVC Waterline e) 250 LF 12" DR 9 HDPE Large Stream Crossing f) 1,000 LF 1" CL 200 HDPE Service Line g) 2,000 LF 3/4" CL 200 HDPE Service Line h) 2 EA 8" Gate Valves i) 4 EA 3" Gate Valves j) 4 EA 2" Gate Valves k) 30 LF 3" Bore & Jack w/10" casing l) 6 EA Blow Offs m) 3 EA Air Release Valves State and Federal wage rates WILL NOT apply to this project. Bidders shall furnish (with bid) bid security equal to 5% of bid. A bid bond on Kentucky Resident insurance carrier or certified check is acceptable. A Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price issued by a responsible surety will be required of the successful Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of (60) thirty calendar days after receipt of bids. Errors and omissions will not be the cause for withdrawal of bid without forfeit of bid bond. Bids may be withdrawn in person prior to the closing time for receipt of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities should it be in the best interest of the Owner.
