Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Cashier's Check Payable to the Snyder County Housing Authority in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond, Each in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
