Description of Work: This project includes crack filling and asphalt trail sealing of the Little Calumet River Levee Trail in Highland, Indiana. The 10-foot wide trail is approximately 11,775 linear feet and extends from Kennedy Avenue to 179th Street. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority, disadvantaged and/or women business enterprises and other interested parties are invited and encouraged to submit a Bid. Contractors and subcontractors performing public works with a value of $300,000 or greater must be certified by the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) in accordance with IC 4- 13.6-4 and actively use a third party administrator for a drug testing program.
