Description Construct new Boiler room/ Utility House Estimate Less than 30,000,000 PN - 120-175-148 Phase 2 The project consists of building a new Boiler Room/Utility House outside the secure wall/fence. The new building will house high-low pressure steam boilers that will serve heating and process loads for the entire maximum-security campus as well as domestic water heating boilers will be located within the new utility house. The project also includes redundant diesel engine generators located in a secure fenced area outside the new utility house to serve to entire correctional center. 14% MBE, 5% WBE and 3% Combined VBE/PBE goals
