Site work for a civil project in Mentor, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 8, 2024 bids were rejected , no definite date for the rebid. Gary L. Kron Water Reclamation Facility (GLK WRF) Digester Cleaning and Rehabilitation - Phase II # 461-S-2022 - RE-BID Engineer's Estimate of Cost: $3,200,000 Said improvements shall be in accordance with specifications and proposal forms on file with the Clerk of the Board of Lake County Commissioners. Specifications includes: Removing the existing Primary Digester No. 1 cover and piping, cleaning the interior of digester as shown on the contract drawings; furnishing and installing a new sludge mixing system and chopper pumps, new recirculation pump, new sludge feed pump, new floating cover and appurtenances, sludge and gas piping, valves, fittings and controls as shown on the contract drawings; removal of sludge and cleaning the interior of Primary Digester No. 3 and Secondary Digesters No. 1 and No. 2. All work under this contract shall be completed within 540 days of Notice to Proceed Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Lake County Commissioners, Lake County Administration Center. The bid must be accompanied by an original sealed document in the form of a bond for the full amount (100%) of the bid, OR by a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, drawn on a solvent bank located in Lake County and payable to the Treasurer of Lake County, Ohio, as surety that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
