Please proivide a capability statement that shows your ability to complete the RENOVATE PERMANENT PARTY DORM BUILDING 697 project. IAW the DRAFT Specs and DRAFT Drawings. Also provide past performance capabilites that relate to the RENOVATE PERMANENT PARTY DORM BUILDING 697 project. Without this, your email reponse will not be acknowledged. The work includes the following and incidental related work: A. Remove all furniture and equipment in the building and deliver to locations on Maxwell AFB and/or on Gunter Annex, as directed by the Construction Agent. B. Demolishing interior finishes, partitions, interior doors and door frames, HVAC, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, electrical power and lighting, telecommunications, fire protection and fire alarm. C. Construct new interior partitions, exterior and interior doors and door frames, and finishes - ceilings, walls, and flooring. D. Install new building systems including HVAC to include chiller, plumbing, electrical power and lighting, telecommunications, fully automatic, monitored fire sprinkler system and fire alarm. E. Slab cutting and infilling for new under slab utilities. F. Site work includes a new fire sprinkler supply line, new domestic water line and new sanitary line. Location The work is located at Building 697, Maxwell Air Force Base, AL, approximately as indicated. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer. SITE VISIT Contractor is responsible for site investigation in accordance with contract clause entitled "Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work" (FAR 52.236-3). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
