Install new metal fencing (wrought iron, vinyl coated no-climb and vinyl coated chain link) and egress gates where specified. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project The Contractor shall comply strictly with the requirements and shall pay, if required by statute, prevailing wage rates for the appropriate labor positions as outlined in Washoe County - Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works, State of Nevada for projects that are $100,000 or greater. Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashiers Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, said amount to be forfeited to WCSD, should the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract in accordance with the Contractors bid and any other contract documents and furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after the delivery of notice of such award.
