Scope of Services : The City of Grand Prairie, Texas, is seeking a Professional Engineering & Design firm through the Request For Qualifications method to provide professional engineering and design services that are to include concept replacement plans, ROW purchase documents as required, utility company notifications, and clearance coordination, replacement construction plan preparation, limited bidding services and construction phase services as required for the construction of paving, storm drainage, water and wastewater improvements for Carrier Parkway from Roy Orr Boulevard to SH 360 in the City of Grand Prairie.
