The City of San Dimas is soliciting quotes to provide street light poles and fixtures for a quantity of Thirty-one (31) Part No. SBMTL CS-7767-REV1 -COSD1/LCA1-PLED-III-48LED-875MA-40K-UNVRAL9005T ASSEMBLY w/POLE streetlights from Sun Valley Lighting The engineer's estimate for the cost of the work is $170,000 Include all cost to deliver to: City of San Dimas Maintenance Yard. 301 S. Walnut Avenue, San Dimas, Ca 91773 Pursuant to the Labor Code of the State of California, the Director of Industrial Relations has determined the general prevailing rate of wages and employer payments for health and welfare, vacation, pension and similar purposes applicable to the work to be done. This rate and scale are on file with the Department of Public Works, and copies will be made available to any interested party on request. The contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and the subcontractors under him, must pay not less than these rates for this area to all workers employed in the execution of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding and to make awards in the interest of the City. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of bids.
