The project consists of Storm Water Improvements and repairing and resurfacing Labelle Heights Subdivision, installing leveling course asphalt, and Chip and Seal application. Refer to vicinity map and typical section for details. Detailed Plans have been Provided by Coyle SWPPP Professionals for all Drainage Improvements. Detailed Plans for all Roadway Improvements have been provided by Portage County Engineer. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Portage County and the Portage County Engineer as Determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. Engineers Estimate of Cost for This Improvement is $347,883.00 The Owner Intends and Requires That This Project Be Drainage Improvements Shall Be Completed No Later November 30, 2024 and Remaining Improvements Completed by July 30th, 2025. the Paris Township Board of Trustees Reserve the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Reject Any or All Bids.
