Days to Achieve Substantial Completion and Final Payment The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Section 6 of the Project Manual, Article 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Section 6 of the Project Manual Article 14.07 of the General Conditions within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
