Maricopa-Stanfield Irrigation & Drainage District (MSIDD) solicits contractor qualifications and pricing for the procurement, construction, and installation to replace three irrigation canal slide gates to our specifications. Rough dimensions are provided in the bid package. The contractor will need to schedule a time to meet on-site with our Maintenance Supervisor to take actual measurements. MSIDD anticipates awarding contract(s) based on a competitive bid process that will consider manufacturer qualifications, experience, and pricing. Interested manufacturers are being asked to provide certification of mill tests and be in compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements. No subcontracting will be allowed on this project. The project will require a bid bond and performance bond. MSIDD will reserve the right to reject any and all bids. MSIDD may consider selection of more than one manufacturer for the procurement and installation of these gates. MSIDD will reserve the right to select the manufacturer(s) that exhibit the best qualifications and experience along with reasonable competitive pricing.
