Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

**As of October 30, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing roof mounted HVAC equipment and the replacement of the existing roof with fully adhered Thermoplastic polyolefin TPO roofing system. When applicable, the County shall obtain all rights of way and easements required for the project unless otherwise specified. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
