The Western Lake Superior Sanitary District is requesting quotations for (4) Knife Gate Valves including the general specifications outlined within the following pages. Any variances, modifications or alternatives to the requested specifications must be clearly described by the Vendor. Please note that WLSSD is seeking quotations, not bids, for these valves. Quotations and exact specifications may be subject to further negotiation between the Vendor and WLSSD once all quotes are received and opened. WLSSD reserves the right to negotiate the quotations, and to award the purchase to a Vendor other than the one with the lowest quotation. Question Deadline 08/01/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Responses Posted by: Wednesday, August 7, 2024 Questions regarding this quote request will be accepted until Questions must be emailed to Ariel Wolf at ariel.wolf@wlssd.com. Responses will be posted at online Western Lake Superior Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, to waive irregularities and to accept the quote deemed in the best interest of the organization. No vendor may withdraw their quote within 30 days of the closing date.
