Bid Security: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by an Acceptable Certified Check Made Payable to the Owner or an Acceptable Bid Bond in the Amount Equal to 5 Percent of the Total Bid Price Executed by an Incorporated Surety Company in Good Standing and Qualified to Do Business in the State of Indiana and Whose Name Appears of the Current Treasury Department Circular 570. Bonds: the Contractors to Whom Work is Awarded Shall Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and They Shall Be Acceptable to the Owner Payment May Be Made by Check, Credit Card, or Cash. No Deposits Accepted. Make Checks Payable to Repro Graphix. All Payments and Costs of Contract Documents and Related Supplemental Materials Are Non-refundable. Bid Packages Will Not Be Available for Sale Through the Planning Department. Bids Shall Be Properly and Completely Executed on Bid Forms Contained in the Contract Documents. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Completely Filled Out Form No. 96 and Acceptable Bid Security. Any Bid Not Accompanied by the Aforementioned Required Items Shall Be Deemed to Be a Non-responsive Bid by the Owner.
