Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wildwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed scope of work includes minor pavement repairs, coldmilling and resurfacing the roadway, and intersection improvements including new curb, decorative crosswalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, traffic signal modifications, and other appurtenances along Manchester Road from Route 100 to west of Wildwood Crossing; along Taylor Road / Village Hills Parkway from Victoria Crossing to Route 100. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Wildwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 11%. No second tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. MODOT - Manchester Road and Taylor Road Resurfacing, Traffic Signal, and ADA Upgrades The DBE Goal for this project is 11%.
