The purpose of the project is to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract; Remove and replace two condensing propane fired boilers along with their flues and near boiler piping; Remove and replace propane gas piping and regulator; Provide concrete housekeeping pad adjustments; Reactivate existing building boiler control system; Construction barriers and other security measures such as Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Measures; Temporary Facilities and Controls; Project closeout submittals; All other requirements shown on the plans or included in the specifications.
