No bid will be considered from a Contractor that did not sign-in at the mandatory walk-through. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Tecate Platform Scales (PS), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Semi-Annual Parking Lot Steam Cleaning Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). B. License Requirement: C-61 Limited Specialty / D-38 Sand Water Blasting, and Local Business License 2. The services shall be performed at the Department of California Highway Patrol: Tecate Platform Scales (PS) 455 Thing Road Tecate, CA 91980 3. The services shall be provided during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless other arrangements are approved by the CHP on-site Contact. Contractor shall schedule the date and time the service is to be performed with the CHP on-site Contact one (1) week prior to service. Contractor shall sign-in and sign-out with the CHP on-site Contact on each service call to provide verification the service has been provided.
