Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
As of August 27, 2024 project will be rebid. No definite date for the rebid. The scope of work to be performed under this contract consists of constructing Site Work items for the Expansion of the Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant. Materials, equipment, labor and supervision shall be the responsibility of the Contractor as herein specified. 1. The major items of work are as follows: a. Site Work b. Foundations, Pads, and Staircases c. Yard Piping d. Effluent Outfall e. Lift Station Modification f. Non-Potable Water System g. Steel Plant, including Headworks, Aeration Basin, Digestion Basin, Clarifier, Disinfection System, Blowers h. Protection Coating i. Electrical Lamar Consolidated Independent School District intends to construct a wastewater treatment plan to service the Lamar Campus No. 7 in Richmond, Texas. Additionally, site improvements, utility modifications and other related work is included in this scope of work. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete description of the work for this project.
