Brazos County requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the instructions in this document, to provide professional building system and envelope commissioning services during pre-design, design, construction, post-construction, and warranty phases for the Brazos County Medical Examiner's Office (MEO) and other future facility projects. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds will be used for this project. The total estimated budget of the MEO is $31 million and includes design, construction, utilities, FF&E, and other necessary costs. Contractors with questions regarding the proposal should submit them in writing via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace. Deadline for Questions Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 5:00 PM CST The initial term of the resulting contract shall begin on the effective date of award by the Brazos County Commissioners' Court and shall be in effect for two (2) years after that date unless renewed or terminated in accordance with the agreement.
