The Jacksonville Transportation Authority Skyway is seeking proposals from a qualified contractor that will supply an enclosed vertical storage system designed to store parts in arranged trays that can be stored in the front and back of the system. The system is to be designed to Save up to 50%-60% of floor space by taking advantage of high ceilings for vertical storage. Monitor and document picking operations in real time for accurate data. The system must provide a seamless interface with JTA’s Oracle warehouse management system to provide better accuracy and quickly and easily identify the needed parts. Provide real-time data and inventory traceability and control stock levels. The DBE participation goal for the Contract is ten percent (10%). The base term shall commence upon the Authority’s issuance of a fully executed contract and shall continue for three (3) years with no options to renew. All questions or concerns regarding this solicitation must be submitted on the eProcurement Portal prior to 12:00 pm (EST) on Thursday, August 8, 2024. You will not be able to send messages after this time. Late questions may be answered at the sole discretion of the Authority. All responses to questions will be uploaded to the Portal and issued in an Addendum, on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. The Authority reserves the right to (1) reject any or all offers if such action is in JTA's interest, (2) accept other than the lowest offer, (3) waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received (4) request clarification, additional information or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and re-advertise, cancel, or postpone at any time with or without cause, without liability to any Proposer, (5) reserves the right to take into consideration the Proposer’s qualifications and past performance with JTA or any other entity in determining if the Proposer is responsible and qualified.
