Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Saanich, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Work Description: The work will encompass the remediation of the Ocean Chemistry and Administration Roofs (with option for the Ocean Ecology Roof) at the Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Institute of Ocean Sciences facility located in Sidney, BC. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following general scope: - Site Demolition of roof areas to be replaced. Making good any collateral damage created by the demolition including damage to the building and or the site. - Disposal of all materials removed.
