Questions Due Date: Aug 28th 2024, 11:00 AM EDT Requests For Information ("RFI") or clarification will be received by the City via electronic mail, only to: peter.hager@covingtonky.gov. RFI inquiries submitted by any other means (e.g., telephone, through messaging boards at City's procurement portal, etc.) will not be addressed. Covington Central Riverfront ("CCR") Urban Development Project. Proposals shall be sealed, and clearly & conspicuously marked on the outside with: o Respondent's name, return mailing address, and telephone number - and o "PROPOSAL: CCR K - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All Proposals will be reviewed and scored in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth herein.
