Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The scope of services for this project will include all pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, and close-out services for expansions and renovations of the existing Terminal facility. It is the intent of this solicitation to engage a qualified Construction Management firm to be part of the construction team which includes the Architect/Engineer and the Airport, to provide PreConstruction and Construction Management services for the construction of an expansion to the existing Airport Terminal (the "North Terminal Expansion" or the "Project"). The Project will include expansions to and renovations of the existing facility. The Airport reserves the right to reject any proposal found to be non-responsive, vague, non-conforming, or irresponsible. The Airport may withdraw all or part of this proposal at any time to protect its best interest. The desire of the Airport to pursue proposals shall in no way obligate the Airport to compensate you for your efforts or to execute a contract with you. All proposers are asked to be thorough yet concise in their response. Failure to provide the response in the manner prescribed herein may be grounds for disqualification. The estimated program budget for North Terminal Expansion is $52,000,000. Proposers shall submit one (1) unbound original, one (1) COMPLETE electronic copy in PDF format, and six (6) bound copies, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the Solicitation Response Identification Label (Attachment "O") affixed to the outer surface of the envelope or package.
