Question Deadline 08/04/2025 at 1:30 PM ET Last day to submit questions and clarifications regarding the Request for Proposals All Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing and/or May Be Emailed to: Nicole Grohe, Ngrohe@cityofsandusky.com All Qualifications Must Be Received on Time and in Full Compliance With the Instructions Contained in the Rfq. Activity for Community Development Block Grant Program Year 25 All Qualifications Shall Be Considered Without Regard to Race, Color, Religion, Sex, National Origin, Citizenship, Age, Mental or Physical Disabilities, Veteran/reserve/national Guard or Any Other Similarly Protected Status. The City seeks to use their CDBG rehabilitation dollars to assist in a lead paint hazard removal and/or Healthy Homes program in the City of Sandusky. The City isseeking to work with an agency currently conducting lead abatement and/or healthy home repairs that follows HUD rules for City of Sandusky residents. The agency would provide a painting service/homes repairs in a manner that meets lead removal standards. Estimated Project Cost: The City has $50,000 PI and $125,000 EN funds in the CDBG program set aside forthis project. Estimated Date of Authorization: The project would begin assoon as the agreement is signed
