This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Town of Ingersoll to prospective proponents to submit proposals for project management consulting services to coordinate, manage and generally oversee all aspects of the works required to service development lands within the South-West Ingersoll Secondary Planning area designated for construction of a new Multi-Use Recreational Complex (MURC), including administration of the construction of said MURC facility. The Project Management Team (PMT) will be responsible for assisting the Town in the preparation and issuance of various Requests for Proposals for the various aspects of the works including preparation of a plan of subdivision and associated studies, establishing land agreements for servicing extension corridors, and transportation planning through the various procurements of consultants to undertake such works. The PMT will additionally be responsible to assist the Town in selecting a preferred construction agreement approach for design and construction of the MURC complex, and act as payment certifier for all parts of the work, and for leading and overseeing the entire process from start to conclusion.
