Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of park community centers, or similar buildings. CMAR services include but are not limited to pre-construction and construction phase services for the redevelopment of the Tarboro Road Community Center (121 N. Tarboro Street), and improvements to the Saint Monica Teen Center (15 N. Tarboro Street), both located within Tarboro Park. Redevelopment of Tarboro Park will potentially include a new community center, new outdoor amenities, new parking areas, stormwater devices, and improvements to the teen center to modernize the facility. Questions submitted via telephone will not be answered. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until August 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at which time no future questions will be accepted.
