The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of park community centers, or similar buildings. CMAR services include but are not limited to pre-construction and construction phase services for the redevelopment of the Tarboro Road Community Center (121 N. Tarboro Street), and improvements to the Saint Monica Teen Center (15 N. Tarboro Street), both located within Tarboro Park. Redevelopment of Tarboro Park will potentially include a new community center, new outdoor amenities, new parking areas, stormwater devices, and improvements to the teen center to modernize the facility. Questions submitted via telephone will not be answered. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until August 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at which time no future questions will be accepted. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing (via email) to the following individual: Kevin Roberts kevin.roberts@raleighnc.gov Proposers must submit:
A. one (1) signed original;
B. one (1) electronic version of the signed original;
C. and five (5) copies of the signed proposal. The electronic version of the Proposal must be submitted as a viewable and printable Adobe Portable Document File (PDF) on a flash drive.
