Site work for a water / sewer project in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Mobilization and Demobilization of equipment; 2. Hydrographic Surveying; 3. Maintenance dredging of Area A to a required elevation of -12 feet MLLW, Area B to -11 feet MLLW, and Area D to -6 feet MLLW, including transport and placement of all material at SF-08 or a permitted upland disposal site; 4. Purchase and installation of five PATONs (Private Aids to Navigation), specifically three red nuns and two green cans, either Sealite SL-B700 or equivalent with approval from the Harbormaster. The total work duration is set at 20 calendar days from the notice to proceed until substantial completion, followed by an additional 10 calendar days until final completion. The estimated cost for this project is $515,000. The contract work must be completed within a total of 30 calendar days: 20 days for substantial completion and an additional 10 days for final completion. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the SF Marina West Harbor located at 1 Marina Green Drive, San Francisco, CA 94123.
