The City of Arlington, Texas (the Owner) will accept bids for work at SE Green Oaks Blvd. Green Screen Project described in general as follows: 1. Install and maintain erosion control facilities 2. Demolition and removal per plans 3. Minor grading improvements 4. Landscaping (steel edging and planting) 5. Hardscape improvements (concrete mow strip) 6. Automatic, underground irrigation installation 7. Complete cleanup of entire area within project limits and other portions of the site outside of project limits that may be affected by construction and other work as shown on the construction plans. Question Deadline 08/20/2024 at 6:00 PM CT A Cashier's Check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest amount bid must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required, conditioned upon faithful performance of the contract and payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials. These bonds shall be fully executed and accompany the signed contract. The successful bidder shall also furnish to the Owner a Maintenance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract covering defects of material and workmanship for one-year following the Owner's approval and final acceptance of the work.
