Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project entails the maintenance of traffic; demolition, removal and construction of concrete curb, sidewalk, handicap access ramps, signal poles and footings, light poles and footings, handholes, fencing, pavement markings, storm drain structures, storm drain piping; upgrades the traffic signals including pedestrian signal poles, poles and footings, pedestrian signal heads, handholes, conduit and electrical cables; APS pushbutton system with wiring; pavement markings; topsoil and turf establishment; and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by KCI Technologies and the City of Hagerstown, Maryland. Contract documents and plans as prepared by KCI Technologies and by the City of Hagerstown Department of Engineering, which includes Drawings No. 67-176-001 through 67-176-008 and Drawings No. 67-175-001 through 67-175-008 a part of these contract documents. Ninety (90) working days per intersection, total length of the contract shall be One Hundred Eighty (180) working days. Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per day. Funding for this project is provided by American Rescue Plan Act. Wage rates and compliance with other Federal regulations are required. The separate Bid Booklet attachment shall be completed by the Bidder & submitted as the Sealed Proposal. Bid Security: 10% Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal. The successful Bidder shall submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of contract. Notice to Proceed will be issued around October 2024 for material ordering.
